1 . Descriptions:
The spray tower features a cylindrical vertical body with a conical top. The lower part includes a welded air inlet interface, while the upper part has an observation window. The top is sealed with a welded air outlet interface. Additionally, the lower side of the tower body has a backwater hole. Inside, 26 layers of flow impellers ensure efficient gas flow. The top of the tower is equipped with a spray tube, and a circulating water tank with a liquid pump is located outside at the bottom side, connecting to the spray pipe via a water pipe. This structure is simple yet effective, ensuring good waste gas purification with recyclable spray water, making it suitable for primary industrial waste gas treatment as well as integration with pure water treatment systems and industrial water treatment systems.
It is characterized by low pressure drop, high operational flexibility, and good mist removal performance. The spray tower is corrosion-resistant and non-abrasive, ensuring long service life and reliable operation, making it compatible with pure water treatment systems and industrial water treatment systems for enhanced operational efficiency.
