1 . Descriptions:
A high-pressure self-priming pump is a pump specifically designed to pump liquids from a low point and discharge them at a high pressure. It is capable of automatically discharging air from the pump body and suction pipe at startup to create a vacuum, thus realizing the self-priming function. The working principle of high pressure self-priming pump is mainly based on centrifugal force. After the pump starts, the impeller rotates rapidly, and the centrifugal force generated throws the water in the pump body to the surrounding area, forming a low-pressure area, which generates a vacuum in the pump body. At this time, due to the role of the external atmospheric pressure, the liquid is pressed into the suction pipe and into the pump body. Through the high-speed rotation of the impeller, the liquid gains energy and is pushed to the pump outlet, thus realizing high-pressure discharge.
