Customizability Water Treatment System - Electromagnetic Switch
1 . Descriptions:
Electromagnetic switch is a switching device that uses electromagnetic force to control the on-off of a circuit. It plays a key role in many electrical devices and control systems, including wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems. The basic operating principle of a magnetic switch is to control the closing and breaking of contacts by energizing and de-energizing an electromagnet. When the electromagnet coil is energized, it generates a magnetic field that attracts the armature (movable part) to move, which in turn pushes or pulls the contacts to close or break. When the coil is de-energized, the magnetic field disappears, the armature returns to its original position under the action of the spring, and the contacts return to their initial state.

3 . Main Component:
1. Electromagnetic coil: the core component that generates electromagnetic force and controls the movement of armature by energizing and de-energizing.
2. armature: movable parts, move under the action of electromagnetic force, control the opening and closing of the contact.
3. Contacts: the realization of the circuit components, there are normally open contacts and normally closed contacts of two types.
4. spring: help armature reset, when the electromagnetic force disappears, will armature pushed back to the original position.
5. Shell: to protect the internal components, provide installation and connection interface.
4 . Appliance:
1. Industrial control: used in a variety of automation control systems, to achieve automatic control of motors, pumps, valves and other equipment.
2. Household appliances: in household appliances such as washing machines, air conditioners and other equipment, used to control the circuit on and off.
3. Automotive electronics: used in automotive start-up systems, lighting control systems, etc., to achieve automatic control.
4. Communication equipment: in communication equipment, used to control signal transmission and switching.
5. Power management: Used in uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and battery management system to control power switching and protection.
