1 . Descriptions:
Centrifugal blower is a kind of equipment that utilizes the centrifugal force generated by the rotating impeller to convey and pressurize gases. Its structure is simple, stable performance and high efficiency. The centrifugal blower draws in and accelerates the gas through the rotation of the impeller, then uses the centrifugal force to fling the gas to the outer edge of the casing, and discharges the gas through the diffuser or guiding vanes to realize the pressurization and conveying of the gas. The working principle is that the gas enters the blower from the air inlet and is guided to the center of the impeller, the impeller rotates at high speed, the gas is accelerated between the blades of the impeller, the gas is thrown to the outer edge of the impeller under the action of centrifugal force, the kinetic energy is transformed into pressure energy, and the pressurized gas is discharged uniformly through the diffuser or guiding vanes, and it is discharged from the air exhaust port.
