1 . Descriptions:
A whirlpool fan, also known as a high-pressure fan or side stream fan, is a device designed for gas transportation and pressurization. It works by generating a strong airflow. The principle of operation is that the gas is sucked into the fan from the air inlet and enters the impeller, which rotates at a high speed. The gas is accelerated inside the impeller and thrown out along the tangential direction of the blades, forming a vortex inside the fan casing that is further pressurized. The pressurized gas is then discharged from the air outlet, creating a high-pressure airflow. Whirlpool fans are commonly used in wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems to facilitate efficient gas handling and aeration processes.
