1 . Descriptions:
The main gases handled by the FRP purification tower include acid mist (H₂SO₄), hydrogen chloride (HCl) gas, hydrogen fluoride (HF) gas, chromic acid mist (CrO₃), hydrocyanic acid (HCN) gas, hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), ammonia (NH₃), alkali vapors, and other water-soluble gases. The tower utilizes sodium hydroxide as the absorbing and neutralizing solution, with a concentration of 2-6% and an evolution efficiency of over 95%.
This system boasts several advantages, including high efficiency, strong corrosion resistance, high strength, low noise, low power consumption, a compact volume, easy disassembly and maintenance, and a lightweight, durable appearance. These features make the FRP purification tower essential for both wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems.
