Customizability Water Treatment System - Air Suspension Blower
1 . Descriptions:
The air suspension blower is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, and low-noise blower that uses air suspension bearing technology. By employing a high-speed rotating impeller, the air in the bearing is compressed to form an air cushion. The impeller then rotates while suspended on this cushion, eliminating the friction and wear typically seen with traditional mechanical bearings.
This type of blower is driven by a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), capable of reaching tens of thousands of revolutions per minute. Since the impeller operates without mechanical contact with fixed parts, energy loss is minimized, and overall operational efficiency is enhanced. Additionally, the blower comes with a frequency converter that adjusts the motor's speed based on actual demand, allowing precise control over flow and pressure, which further optimizes energy efficiency.
Air suspension blowers are used in wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems, where energy efficiency and precise control .

4 . Appliance:
1. Water treatment: supply of compressed air for the cultivation of microorganisms for sewage treatment (e.g. sewage treatment, filtration treatment, excreta treatment)
2. Powder transportation: through the compressed air will be powder material transportation cement, particles to the transport pipeline.Within the harsh environment (doped iron powder), high-speed induction motors can be used.
3. Other industries: applicable to various parts of the industry, such as drying, dehumidification, burners, desulfurization and other uses.No need for additional heating equipment, using compressed air as a heating device to dry products and improve production efficiency.
