Customizability Water Treatment System - Butterfly Valve
1 . Descriptions:
Butterfly valves are used for the opening and closing of pipelines or for flow regulation up to DN 400. The narrow and robust plastic design, along with the high-quality sealing system, meets industrial requirements in terms of chemical resistance and mechanical properties. These features make butterfly valves suitable for use in both pure water treatment systems and wastewater treatment systems.
Due to the soft sealing, DF butterfly valves are able to tolerate the presence of small particles or dirt in the medium without being affected by it. This makes them particularly useful in pure water treatment systems, where maintaining water purity is essential, as well as in wastewater treatment systems, where the handling of debris and contaminants is common. The durability and reliability of butterfly valves ensure efficient flow regulation in both pure water treatment systems and wastewater treatment systems, contributing to the smooth operation of these processes.

3 . Specificities:
1. Opening and closing can be realized by rotating the valve stem by 90 degrees, the operation is quick and labor-saving, suitable for frequent operation occasions.
2. When the valve plate is fully open, it hardly obstructs the fluid, so the flow resistance coefficient through the valve is small and the flow rate is large.
3. Compared with other types of valves, butterfly valves are smaller in size and weight, saving installation space and cost.
4. A variety of driving methods such as manual, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic can be used to adapt to different control requirements.
4 . Appliance:
1. Water treatment: Used in sewage treatment plants to cut off or regulate the flow of sewage to ensure the normal operation of the system.
2. Chemical process piping: used in chemical production process medium transportation piping, control the flow of various chemicals.
3. Cooling system: used to regulate and control the cooling water flow in the cooling water system of thermal power plant and nuclear power plant.
4. Boiler water supply: control the water flow in boiler water supply system to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
5. Production process control: In the process of food and beverage production, regulating and controlling the flow of raw materials and products to ensure the smooth progress of the production process.
