Customizability Water Treatment System - Shallow Sand Filter
1 . Descriptions:
The shallow media filter uses natural sea sand as a filtration medium. Under a certain pressure, water turbidity is reduced through a specific thickness of granular or non-granular natural sea sand, effectively retaining and removing suspended solids, organic matter, colloidal particles, microorganisms, chlorine, odors, and some heavy metal ions. This results in a highly efficient purification effect, making it ideal for both wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems.
The fully automatic shallow sand filter features a spherical shell and a unique internal structure design, ensuring smooth water flow during filtration and excellent filtration performance. The backwashing process creates countless internal circulations, enhancing the backwashing effect. Compared to traditional sand filters, it has advantages such as using less sand and consuming less water, making it a valuable addition to both wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems, optimizing overall efficiency and effectiveness.

3 . Specificities:
1. All ports are designed to be completely leak-proof, and the system applies the principle of water pressure closure, which is safe and reliable.

3. The filter shell is composed of stainless steel, steel lined with rubber or full plastic, with high pressure-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance.

4 . Appliance:
