Customizability Pure Water Treatment System - Low Temperature Evaporator
1 . Descriptions:
The cryogenic evaporator is an advanced vacuum evaporator utilising heat pump technology, designed for efficient and fully automatic continuous operation. It is particularly suitable for the treatment of water-soluble wastewater and can be used in conjunction with pure water treatment systems to further improve water purity. It maintains evaporation temperatures between 28-30 degrees Celsius, minimising scale formation and eliminating the need for flocculation prior to evaporation. The system can handle evaporation volumes from 100 to 20,000 litres per day and offers fully automatic, unattended operation with remote wireless monitoring. The system operates under a vacuum of approximately 0.1 kPa, ensuring high energy-efficient performance and low evaporation temperatures, while supporting the pure water treatment system.

3 . Specificities:
1.Plug and play,no need for additional equipment such as steam boliers and cold water towers;
2.Make full use of the air energy of the heat pump.Compared with the traditional steam or electric heating evaporation technology,the heat pump evaporation technology greatly reduces the energy consumption;
3.Ultra-low temperature evaporation.The vacuum degree is above-0.095Mpa,and the evaporation temperature is 35-45℃.More suitable for heat-sensitive materials.For corrosive materials,the corrosion degree of the equipment is minimized,and the equipment life is greatly prolonged compared with the traditional evaporator;
